With a Nightwing live-action DCEU movie in the works and LEGO Batman movie director Chris McKay in talks to direct, who should play the former Robin to Batman?
Names already thrown out there for Nightwing include The Walking Dead‘s Steven Yeun and Steven R. McQueen.
Now Boss Logic puts Zac Efron out there as a potential Nightwing with the following fan art.
Zac Efron is currently starring in the upcoming Baywatch movie with Dwayne Johnson, who happens to be playing Black Adam in the DCEU.
I don’t think Zack Efron would be my first choice as Nighwing, but Efron isn’t that bad of an actor, so it’s possible it could work.

The live-action DCEU Nightwing movie is currently in developement with The Accountant (great flick) screenwriter Bill Dubuque writing the script.
WB also has the Matt Reeves solo Batman movie and Gotham City Sirens (Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Catwoman) in the works as part their Batman family of movies.
