Watch a new teaser trailer above for the first Scandinavian superhero movie, Rendel.
Production on Rendel was recenly relaunched due to an increased budget from Black Lion Pictures and Frozen Flame Pictures.
“Thanks to the increased budget we’re now able to do things we couldn’t include in our original plans. To be honest, almost everything has changed since first pre-production,” Jesse Haaja, the director and creator of Rendel, said in a statement. “The only thing that remains untouched is the original story: Rendel will still be a dark tale of a man blinded by vengeance.”
