Watch: Aquaman Featurette

While we wait for the Aquaman trailer, how about watching a featurette from the Justice League Blu-Ray?

The featurette is introduced by Cyborg Ray Fisher who points out the Justice League movie Aquaman looks differeent than the comic book version.

“Over the course of 75 years, Aquaman has evolved from underrated and underestimated to one of the most beloved superheroes of the DC canon,” Fisher said.

The Aquaman featurette footage features interviews with Justice League producer Wesley Coller, Geoff Johns, and star Jason Momoa as well as behind-the-scenes footage from the movie, images from the comics and more.

Regarding the Aquaman trailer, director James Wan recently offered an update in that it’s not ready just yet.

“Hey friends, I usually do my best to avoid internet noises (especially fabricated distractions) but a teaser-trailer going out this weekend was never in the books — despite what some claim. It’s not because of anyone or any nefarious reason holding it back — IT’S ME,” James Wan tweeted. “I am simply not ready yet to share. This movie is filled to the gills with VFX, and the process is as slow and laborious as a sea-slug! Yes, even shots for the trailers take forever to do, and I refuse to put out anything that might be construed as subpar. I know it seems like nothing much is brewing above the surface, but I can assure you, we’re working nonstop under the waves. (Ps: And yes, I plan to use oceanic puns/references every chance I get).”
