Walking Dead: Norman Reedus Says Good-Bye To Andrew Lincoln

It now looks to be confirmed that Andrew Lincoln is indeed leaving The Walking Dead.

Following reports the Rick Grimes-actor is leaving the series, now Norman Reedus takes to social media to offer up a rather sad image featuring his character, Daryl Dixon, getting hugged by Andrew Lincoln’s character.

Norman Reedus didn’t include any comment other than a “heart” emoji.

It’s further been reported that Norman Reedus is staying on with the series, which the image also seems to confirm as it appears to be a “good-bye” message to Andrew Lincoln, as it’s been reported that Reedus has signed a new $20 million contract, and that he will be the star of The Walking Dead and the main character.

It’s also been said that Andrew Lincoln will only be appearing in six episodes next season as he will be getting phased out along with Lauren Cohan’s Maggie in The Walking Dead Season 9.

The future of Danai Gurira, who plays Michonne in the series, is also be questioned.

The Walking Dead Season 9 is due to premiere this October on AMC.
