Watch: Stephen Amell As Green Arrow At Comic-Con

Last night saw a first look promo image revealed for Arrow Season 4 featuring Stephen Amell in the new Green Arrow costume.

Now video has surfaced from Comic-Con where Amell kicks off the Arrow panel as Green Arrow.
