Spider-Man Andrew Garfield, Jamie Foxx Electro Rumored To Return

Spider-Man Andrew Garfield, Jamie Foxx Electro Rumored To Return

With Spider-Man: No Way Home the second-biggest movie of all time, it’s rumored that Andrew Garfield could be back as Spider-Man along with Jamie Foxx as Electro.

The rumors come from various scoopers who basically all claim the same thing, that the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man could be returning from Sony in multiple projects and that Jamie Foxx could get a spinoff project as Electro.

As seen in No Way Home, arguably the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man and the Jamie Foxx Electro were two of the coolest and better-developed characters, so again with Sony’s Spider-Verse performing better than the MCU, developing its Spider-Verse into something larger makes both sense and cents for Sony.

The Andrew Garfield Spider-Man and the Jamie Foxx Electro could be a part of Sony’s Spider-Verse that also includes the Tom Hardy Venom (not a part of the MCU), the Jared Leto Morbius, Kraven, and more. What I am interested to see is if Sony decides to create Spider-Man TV shows, will it be on Disney Plus or another streaming service like Amazon or Netflix?

Regarding the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man, not much is known but one scooper says the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man could show up in other projects, not specifically his own stuff (which could mean an appearance in Doctor Strange 2 which would reunite Maguire with director Sam Raimi, as has previously has been rumored).

Check out the tweets below.

The Spider-Man: No Way Home box office is over $600 million worldwide.
