Shang-Chi Concept Art Shows Marvel Design

While Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios have been silent as of late, check out new Shang-Chi concept art.

Charlie Wen, who is the head of Visual Development at Marvel Studios posted the following Shang-Chi concept art on Twitter, which included a quote from Bruce Lee.

“Shang-Chi. Marvel’s intro of an Asian superhero couldn’t come at a better time (although postponed due to COVID),” Wen tweeted Saturday. “’Let’s show them the beauty of our culture’ – Bruce Lee.”

Regarding the delay, Wen if referring to the Shang-Chi release date as now the flick gets released on May 7, 2021.

Marvel actually had to push back all of its release dates to due the coronavirus fears shutting down movie theaters worldwide. Check out the updated MCU schedule below.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and stars Simu Liu as the titular character, Tony Chiu-Wai Leung as The Mandarin, Fala Chen as Leiko Wu, and Awkwafina in an unknown role.
