Evil Dead Burn Trailer Brings Deadites To A Family Reunion From Hell

Evil Dead Burn has released its trailer, and the new chapter of the horror franchise is bringing the Deadites back to theaters on July 10, 2026.

The trailer teases “one hell of a family reunion,” with the new movie centered on a woman who visits her in-laws after the death of her husband.

The secluded family home soon turns into a nightmare when the relatives begin transforming into Deadites. Watch below.

Evil Dead Burn Brings The Franchise Back To Theaters

Evil Dead Burn is described as the franchise’s “most savage and terrifying ride to date,” with a new story built around grief, marriage, family, and demonic possession.

The official synopsis says the woman seeks comfort with her late husband’s family, only to find herself trapped as the gathering becomes “a family reunion from hell.”

The story also leans into the idea that the vows she took in life carry over into death, which sounds like the movie will put a Deadite twist on marriage and family loyalty.

Cast Includes Souheila Yacoub And Hunter Doohan

Evil Dead Burn stars Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Errol Shand, George Pullar, Maude Davey, and Greta Van Den Brink.

The film comes from director Sébastien Vaniček, who also co-wrote the script with Florent Bernard.

Behind the camera, Vaniček is joined by director of photography Philip Lozano, production designer Nick Connor, editor Maxime Caro, and costume designer Sarah Voon.

Sam Raimi And Rob Tapert Produce

Evil Dead Burn keeps the franchise’s key creative names involved.

Rob Tapert and Sam Raimi produce the film through Ghost House Pictures. Raimi created the Evil Dead franchise with the original 1981 movie, and Tapert has been part of the series from the start.

Bruce Campbell also returns as an executive producer, along with Romel Adam, Lee Cronin, and Jose Canas.

Campbell’s Ash Williams does not appear to be the focus here, but his involvement keeps the new movie tied to the franchise’s roots.

Release Date

New Line Cinema and Screen Gems present Evil Dead Burn, a Ghost House Pictures production.

Warner Bros. Pictures will distribute the film domestically. Evil Dead Burn opens in North American theaters on July 10, 2026.
