Get ready to say his name—three times! Warner Bros. Pictures’ has officially announced Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is set to haunt our screens as it begins streaming globally on Max this Friday, December 6, with its HBO linear debut following on Saturday, December 7, at 6:10 p.m. ET.

The long-awaited sequel to Tim Burton’s iconic 1988 film reunites the Oscar-nominated director with Michael Keaton, who reprises his legendary role as the mischievous demon, Beetlejuice. Alongside him are familiar faces and exciting new additions that promise to bring fresh chaos and laughs.

The Story: Trouble in Both Worlds

After a sudden family tragedy, the Deetz family returns to Winter River, where Lydia (Winona Ryder) is still haunted by her past with Beetlejuice. Her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid (Jenna Ortega), stumbles upon the model town in the attic, unintentionally opening a portal to the Afterlife. Chaos ensues when the infamous name is uttered three times, unleashing Beetlejuice’s brand of pandemonium on both the living and the dead.
