All the attention has turned from Joker 2 and is now on Terrifier 3, which trolls DC’s Clown Prince of Crime and gets a retro-inspired video game.
As I previously went over, Terrifier 3 is expected to take the top spot at the box office this weekend toppling the likes of Joker 2, which is now said to be dropping to third place, also behind The Wild Robot which dethroned Joker 2 on Wednesday.
It seems if you are looking for something fun to watch and want some escapism, Terrifier 3 is the clown movie to see this weekend.
The flick has a dedicated and hardcore fanbase, so the official Instagram account went to NYC and stood in front of the expensive digital ads lining the streets (which, rather amusingly, might have actually cost more than the entire budget of Terrifier 3!).
“Art is debating checking out an off-off-off Broadway musical,” posted the account. “No tunes, only slays are coming with Terrifier 3, out October 11. Get your tickets now!”
Chris Jericho also returns for the third movie and posted the following: “HAPPY @officialterrifier3 DAY!!! Burke & Victoria GUARANTEE your jaw will drop (Lord knows Burke’s did! #iykyk) when you see this movie!! We have a chance to make this film the NUMBER ONE MOVIE in America…so do the right thing and go this weekend. It’s a bloody good time!”
Terrifier: The ARTcade Game lets you play as Art the clown
Regarding the video game, it’s titled Terrifier: The ARTcade Game. You can get it for PC, Nintendo Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
