Once again thanks to merch associated with Captain America: Brave New World, we now get a look at the MCU’s new Falcon.
Merch previously confirmed Red Hulk and a standee may have even given us a first look.
Regarding Falcon, actor Danny Ramirez returns as Joaquin Torres from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier where he will be suiting up as the MCU’s new Falcon in Captain America 4.
“What was mentioned early on was just how important this character is in regards to representation,” the actor, of Colombian and Mexican descent, told ET while promoting the Disney+ series back in 2021. “Which to me was one of the most important things. How does it best represent who I am and people that are underrepresented?”
Ramirez continued, “I’m excited for whatever the future may hold. With how important they see this character and how excited they are about him, they’re like, ‘We don’t want to half step [his storyline]. We want to give it its due, and we think it’s really important.’ They know years and years and years and years ahead of anything that I could possibly imagine, and they’re very good at what they do. So, I was just like, “I trust y’all.’ It’s this big, beautiful trust of knowing that they have his best interest in mind.”
Apparently there is going to be a promotion with McDonalds as a promo poster has surfaced featuring Anthony Mackie as Captain America with a look at Danny Ramirez as the new Falcon.
Captain America: Brave New World was actually supposed to be originally released this week, but has been pushed back, so it’s assumed the marketing deals have been in place for a while, which is why art and such is surfacing online.
Captain America: Brave New World gets released on February 14, 2025 directed by Julius Onah and also stars Harrison Ford, Carl Lumbly, and Tim Blake Nelson.
