Masters of the Universe Trailer Drops Tuesday With New He-Man Footage

A new Masters of the Universe trailer arrives Tuesday, and stars Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes are already teasing what’s coming.

A new promo has been released featuring both Galitzine and Mendes swinging the Power Sword, while also offering quick snippets of footage from the movie. The spot gives fans another early look at the live-action take on He-Man ahead of the full trailer reveal.

Galitzine stars as Prince Adam, who transforms into He-Man, while Mendes plays Teela. The trailer tease appears designed to build momentum as the June theatrical release gets closer.

Nicholas Galitzine And Camila Mendes Tease The Trailer

The new promo puts Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes front and center as they each take hold of the Power Sword. It’s a simple tease, but it does exactly what it needs to do by reminding fans that a bigger look at the movie is on the way Tuesday.

The footage snippets are brief, but they offer another taste of the scale and style of the film. With Masters of the Universe heading to theaters this summer, the studio is now starting to roll out what should be a much bigger marketing push.

Star-Studded Masters Of The Universe Cast

The cast for Masters of the Universe includes Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Adam/He-Man, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Camila Mendes as Teela, Idris Elba as Man-at-Arms, Morena Baccarin as the Sorceress, and Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn.

The film also features Kristen Wiig voicing Roboto, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson as Fisto, Jon Xue Zhang as Ram-Man, Stephen Adentan as Moss Man, Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man, Sam C. Wilson as Trap Jaw, Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops, James Purefoy as King Randor, and Charlotte Riley as Queen Marlena.

Masters Of The Universe Opens In June

Masters of the Universe opens only in theaters on June 5.

The trailer dropping Tuesday should offer the clearest look yet at Galitzine’s He-Man, Mendes’ Teela, and how the movie is bringing Eternia to the big screen in live-action.
