X-Men & Fantastic Four Return To Video Games & Merchandise

The X-Men and Fantastic Four are slowly making their way back to Marvel Comics, Marvel gaming and Marvel merchandise (all under the control of Ike Perlmutter and his Marvel Comics Creative Committee, BTW).

It’s already known that Marvel TV (also under Ike and the MCCC) have mended with FOX Studios as they paired for Legion and are involved in the upcoming X-Men Gifted TV series.

So it can’t be coincidence that both X-Men and the Fantastic Four are back.

Marvel Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada recently did artwork for Stan Lee featuring both the X-Men and Fantastic Four, and now the latest is that the X-Men are now a part of the Marvel Future Fight video game as teasers for Cyclops, Storm and more X-Men have been released.

Regarding the Fantastic Four, Hasbro released new Marvel Legends figures for Sue Storm Invisible Woman and Johnny Storm Human Torch.

There hasn’t been much merchandise for either Fantastic Four or X-Men as of late, with no Hasbro action figures for any of the Fox Studios X-Men movies, including Deadpool, or any of the Wolverine or recent X-Men flicks. Hopefully that all changes now that Ike has apparently gotten over his grudge (last we heard, Ike was busy arguing over trees and lighting in Florida nowadays). It may be also a good sign we’ll see the X-Men in the upcoming Marvel Vs. Capcom Infinite video game (which is rumored).

Oh, yeah. Wolverine is coming back to Marvel Comics and more X-Men comics are being published. Let’s get the Fantastic Four back as well.
