This morning saw Disney announce the purchase of Fox Studios which includes a slew of assets.
Of importance to comic book fans are the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Wolverine and Deadpool related characters.
Apparently with Disney purchasing Fox, some fans have taken to social media to speculate that the House of the Mouse may actually be rebooting and recasting the characters.
Alexandra Shipp, who plays Storm in the upcoming X-Men: Dark Phoenix movie, took to her Twitter to laugh off the notion.

Likewise, Ryan Reynolds posted a rather amusing image welcoming himself to the Disney fold.
It’s probably that some of these actors may be locked into their contract for the related movies, and that it will carry over to Disney.
