It’s been said that Colombian actress Natalia Reyes is the main female lead, Dani, described as a young woman from a working class neighborhood in Mexico City who finds herself in the battle between humans and machines. Mexican-born Diego Boneto has also been cast as Dani’s brother.
Regarding Mackenzie Davis, she has been said to be playing an soldier-assassin from the future.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is also set to return, and Ghost Rider actor Gabriel Luna is playing a Terminator in the film.
The movie is currently in production for its November 22, 2019 release.
The plot details surrounding Terminator 6 are a mystery but director Tim Miller (Deadpool) has said it’s based on a David S. Goyer script, with it also said to be a sequel to 1991’s T2 and ignoring the movies following T2. Rumors also include that the movie may explain why the human body of Arnold Schwarzenegger was originally chosen as the models for the Terminator.
