James Gunn and Warner Bros. have released a new Superman trailer for the Chinese along with a poster featuring David Corenswet taking to the skies as the Man of Steel.
Superman gets released in China on July 11, along with the U.S. The Chinese like these big types of comic book movies, so the flick should do pretty well in the Middle Kingdom.
For example, Aquaman 2 brought in $65M in China. Even The Flash brought in nearly $26M. In today’s dollars, Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel brought in over $87.5M. Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy 3 also brought in $86.9M in 2023.
