Happy birthday to James Gunn who turns 54-years-young today as the cast of The Suicide Squad celebrates in a video with the launch of the film’s new logo and social media networks.
The video includes stars Margot Robbie, John Cena, Alice Braga, brother Sean Gunn, David Dastamalchian who teases a certain character, Michael Rooker, and more.

The Suicide Squad footage coming to DC FanDome
Regarding the new logo, James Gunn tweeted a look at the film’s official title treatment in a variety of languages and also said footage is coming to DC FanDome.

DCFanDome is DC’s big upcoming virtual convention that takes place this month, Saturday, August 22, starting at 10 a.m. PDT and will also feature Wonder Woman 1984, the Snyder Cut, Black Adam and more.
The Suicide Squad is due out next year, a day after James Gunn’s 55th birthday, Aug. 6, but with Thursday previews, will also debut on his bday.
