Star Trek Beyond Trailer Attached To Star Wars: The Force Awakens

In addition to Batman Vs. Superman, TMNT 2, X-Men: Apocalypse and Captain America: Civil War, it’s learned the first trailer for Star Trek Beyond will also be played in front of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

THR revealed the news, as Abrams is obviously involved in the new Star Trek franchise.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens December 18th.

Star Trek Beyond has a July 22, 2016 release directed by Justin Lin starring Chris Pine, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg, Zachary Quinto, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, Sofia Boutella and Idris Elba.
