Spider-Man: Far From Home To Be Funnier

Spider-Man: Far From Home funny

A couple of new details are learned about Spider-Man: Far From Home prior to the start of filming this month.

Marvel Studios editor Dan Lebental, who recently edited Ant-Man and the Wasp, will be working on the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming and filled in THR the following:

I can’t say much about the new Spider Man, but I will offer up that it will be both grander in scale and even funnier than the last one. The rest of the story will have to wait.

Regarding being “grander in scale,” it has been said Spider-Man: Far From Home will take Peter Parker and Spidey to Europe and across the globe, which is why production has been moved to London.

I suppose “funnier” means more “Marvel” jokes and probably more witty lines of Tom Holland being Spider-Man, which hopefully doesn’t come off as being too over the top.

Spider-Man: Far from Home has a July 5, 2019 release directed by Jon Watts, and said to feature Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio and Michael Keaton as Vulture.

Sorry for no announcements, but I love you guys
