Red Dead Redemption Actor Shuts Down Florida Joker Over GTA 6 Claims

Following the release of the new Grand Theft Auto VI trailer, the Florida Joker has claimed it’s him in the footage and wants payment from Rockstar Games.

Lawrence Sullivan, ak Florida Joker, wants upwards of $2 million from Rockstar as he called out the company in videos that have gone viral on TikTok.

“You might have seen that character on GTA VI. Just dropped the trailer today, you know they got that character with the face tattoos,” he said. “You know who they got that inspired by? By me. Just look me up, Florida Joker, Miami Joker, you know what I’m talking about.”

He added, “We got to talk, GTA. We gotta talk. Or not, you got to give me like a mil or two
Florida Joker ain’t having that. Y’all took my likeness, Y’all took my life.”

“You ain’t getting a job at Home Depot with that face”

Following the videos going viral, Red Dead Redemption actor Roger Clark responded with a video of his own advising Florida Joker to drop the claims and simply take advantage of his newfound stardom.

“No, you don’t. You don’t need to talk to them. They’re not going to talk to you,” said Clark. “They’ve had people like you trying to sue them for decades. They are lawyered up, man. They know exactly what they can and cannot get away with. If I were you, I would use the notoriety that they just threw your way to my advantage. Capitalizing on it somehow.”

He poked fun at the Floriday Joker, “You ain’t getting a job at Home Depot with that face.”

As Roger Clark mentions, Rockstar has been sued before including by Lindsay Lohan but judges dismissed the case ruling the character in the game has ‘style, look and persona of a modern, beach-going young woman
that is not recognisable as plaintiff.’”

The character in GTA 6 doesn’t exactly look like Florida Joker as well.
