The 2024 Razzies nominations have been released, and they don’t happen to include nominations for either The Flash or The Marvels in any category. This is simply a complete joke and goes to show just how worthless the Razzies have become.
Regarding The Flash, recall how James Gunn and the like said it’s the best superhero movie ever, but once it was released it features no villain, unfinished VFX, wipes out Sasha Calle as Supergirl and Michael Keaton as Batman, and the ending was changed to add in George Clooney, arguably the worst version of Batman ever. The flick also massively bombed at the box office.
Speaking of massive bombs, how can The Marvels not be nominated in at least one f’n category??? How can it not be up for at the least, worst sequel? Captain Marvel made over $1.1 BILLION! LOL! The Marvels made $206 million — it should get an instant worst sequel nomination! The Marvels also sports the record for the biggest drop of not only any MCU movie but it holds the worst drop of any superhero movie! And again, it’s not nominated for anything? Holy sh-t! Wow! It’s mind blowing.
