Ray Stevenson Returns For Thor: Ragnarok

Ray Stevenson will be suiting up for Thor: Ragnarok as Volstagg.

The actor was spotted on Instagram at an Aussie Tattoo studio near the loaction where Thor 3 is filming.

“Look who just stopped by our Gold Coast studio, to get some ink in between filming THOR! It’s Ray Stevenson! Awesome work on the tatt Dai!” Punktured Tattoo posted.

Ray Stevenson as Volstagg may also mean The Warriors Three will be reuniting for Thor: Ragnarok. Hogun, played by Tadanobu Asano, and Fandral, played by Zachary Levi, make up the other two members.

Stevenson previously stated he’s excited for Thor: Ragnarok.

“I’ve heard that it’s on the cards,” Stevenson said in a previous interview. “As far as Volstagg is concerned, should he be called with his other Warriors Three to protect young Thor again, within a heart’s beat he will be there. So, I am waiting to hear. I’m very excited about the whole thing actually.”

“Thor: Raganarok” has a November 3, 2017 release directed by Taika Waititi starring Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk/Banner, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Jeff Goldblum as Grandmaster and Anthony Hopkins as Odin.
