Punisher Season 2 Premieres In January

Netflix announces that Marvel TV’s Punisher Season 2 will premiere in January 2019 with thirteen episodes.

Jon Bernthal and Punisher are featured in a short teaser in the above video announcing what’s new coming to Netflix in January starting at the 1:57 mark.

The official release date has yet to be announced.

Alongside Bernthal, Marvel’s The Punisher Season 2 features fellow returning cast members Ben Barnes (“Billy Russo”), Amber Rose Revah (“Dinah Madani”), and Jason R. Moore (“Curtis Hoyle”). They’re joined by some new additions to the cast, including Josh Stewart as John Pilgrim, Floriana Lima as Krista Dumont, and Giorgia Whigham as Amy Bendix, along with Corbin Bernsen and Annette O’Toole as Anderson and Eliza Schultz.

In Marvel’s The Punisher, former marine turned vigilante, Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) aims to clean up New York City by any means necessary, no matter how lethal the results.

Season 2 is Executive Produced by Steve Lightfoot, along with Jeph Loeb (“Marvel’s Daredevil,” “Marvel’s Jessica Jones”), and Jim Chory (“Marvel’s Luke Cage,” “Marvel’s Iron Fist”).
