James Gunn, WB, Max and HBO have announced the Peacemaker Season 2 release date and released new teasers featuring John Cena back as in the titular role.

When does Peacemaker Season 2 get released?

Peacemaker Season 2 gets released on August 21, 2025, which follows James Gunn’s Superman movie getting released on July 11.

“Counting the days until Peace on Earth. I just finished the DI & Mix on the Season Premiere yesterday and wow it’s one of my favorite things ever. DC Studios’ #Peacemaker Season 2 coming soon only on @streamonmax August 21,” said Gunn on Instagram, adding in a second post, “Peace is gonna tear you apart this August.”
