However, her journey into the limelight reached new heights with the resurfacing of the acclaimed series Suits, which has consistently been trending on Netflix.
However, Markle’s outspokenness on social and political issues, her past career as an actress, and her interactions with the royal family have contributed to her negative perceptions from fans.
Meghan Markle received a majority of the votes with 10,798 votes.

Following closely behind in the rankings is Amber Heard with 10,065 votes. The actress is known for her roles in various films, including the upcoming Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, but she was also entangled in a highly publicized legal battle recently with Johnny Depp.
The poll, conducted by Ranker.com, surveyed over 17.5k people highlighting the disparity in public opinion towards these two celebrities. Following the Depp trial, Amber Heard has managed to be featured in only one movie which didn’t get a theatrical release. In The Fire is rated a 2.8 on IMDb and has a 15% Rotten Tomatoes Score and a 29% Audience Score. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is also expected to bomb when it gets released next week.

Brie Larson also made the list, albeit further down at number 78. Known for her roles in various Marvel movies and her vocal stance on gender equality and representation in the film industry, Larson’s inclusion in the list showcases the diverse reasons why celebrities might face public scrutiny.
Brie Larson recently starred in The Marvels with Iman Vellani which is Marvel’s worst-performing film at the box office. The Marvels also has the biggest second-weekend drop for not only an MCU film but the biggest drop ever for any superhero film. It’s also known families, little girls, and women didn’t go see the movie, with a majority of the audience made up of Marvel fanboys.
Disney recently confirmed the end of its box office run. The Marvels is expected to lose upwards of $200 million.
