Lynda Carter is joining the cast of Supergirl Season 2.
Carter, who played Wonder Woman in the 70s, is playing the President of the United States in Supergirl, which will be a recurring role.
Producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg said back in March that they had a role for Lynda Carter on Supergirl, but that her schedule couldn’t sync up, so they had to push it to Season 2.
Lynda Carter will appear as the President in episode three and joins the recent casting news of Tyler Hoechlin as Superman.
Supergirl Season 2 premiers Monday, October 10th at 8pm ET starring Melissa Benoist on The CW.
