Dope director Rick Famuyiwa cast Kiersey Clemons as Iris West when he was attached to The Flash movie, but following his departure, and Clemons having been cut from Justice League, it has been wondered if the actress will still be a part of the DCEU.
Wonder no more as Kiersey Clemons confirms she will still be a part of The Flash movie while appearing recently on Conan O’Brien.
“I am going to be in The Flash,” Clemons said. “Yeah, I’m Iris West.”
The Flash movie now has directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein developing the film which will feature Ezra Miller as Barry Allen.
Kiersey Clemons was cut from Justice League following Zack Snyder having departed from the project, with Joss Whedon coming on board and having changed a lot of things.
Unfinished Justice League footage did make its way on to the net featuring Ezra Miller saving Kiersey Clemons. Check it out:
