Josh Brolin is playing the time traveling mutant Cable in Deadpool 2, and now takes to Instagram to tease a little mutant insanity!
Josh Brolin posted the following image on Instagram adding: Cable p-rn #cableinsanity #cableswole #cablepowered #cablep-rn.
The image appears to show Cable screaming as he apparently just got into some sort of fight or battle and smashes a mirror. Taking a closer look, we also get a cool look at Cable’s neck which features techno-organic parts.
Not much is actually known about Cable in Deadpool 2, but Josh Brolin will also star in the newly announced X-Force movie which will also feature Ryan Reynolds. The X-Force movie is described as: “X-Men spinoff film that revolves around Deadpool and Cable leading a Black Ops force of down and dirty mutant warriors who are far more ruthless than their X-Men counterparts.” Deadpool 3 is also said to be happening as well as possible solo Cable films with Brolin.
Deadpool 2 has a June 1, 2018 release directed by John Wick‘s David Leitch also starring Josh Brolin as the time travelling mutant Cable, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapicic as the voice of Colossus with Shioli Kutsuna in a mystery role and Jack Kesy rumored as Black Tom Cassidy.
Deadpool 2 is written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick with Ryan Reynolds also on board as producer along with Simon Kinberg and Lauren Shuler Donner.
