Since everyone and their mom is in Superman: Legacy, why not the new DCU Batman?
A fan questioned James Gunn on Threads why canât Batman appear in Superman: Legacy and asked can we see Batman in some other production before his film.
Recently saw the news that Supergirl will first appear in Superman: Legacy prior to her solo flick.
Legacy also boasts a huge cast with David Corenswet starring as the new Man of Steel, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern Guy Gardner, Edi Gathegi playing Mister Terrific, MarĂa Gabriela de FarĂa as The Engineer from The Authority, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, with Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, possibly Sean Gunn as Maxwell Lord, again Supergirl, maybe Brainiac, and likely Ma and Pa Kent, Perry White, and more.

So why not Batman?
James Gunn responded and shot the fanâs dreams down.
âWell he canât appear in Superman: Legacy because heâs not in the script,â Gunn posted on threads.
