Invincible Season 3 Ratings Fall Off A Cliff

It’s now learned that the Invincible Season 3 ratings have fallen off a cliff with the release of Episode 6.

Nielsen has released the ratings for the week that Invincible Season 3 Episode 6 was released, and just like Episode 5, it doesn’t make the charts.

The charts also reveal that the ratings have taken a nose dive since at least Episode 4 of the third season.

What are the ratings?

Invincible made the Nielsen ratings charts with Season 3 Episode 4, coming in at 475 million minutes.

Episode 5 didn’t make the list, but the lowest spot on the chart brought in 496 million minutes at the time, which didn’t necessarily mean a drop in viewers.

However, the chart from the week Episode 6 was released shows Netflix’s Cobra Kai at the bottom with 421 million minutes. Since Invincible didn’t appear on the list, that means Episode 6 — along with all available episodes — brought in fewer than 421 million minutes, which is a big drop from that 475 from just two episodes prior.

What happened?

Well, to be frank, Season 3 sucked. And it happened to follow Season 2, which also sucked. Episode 6 also followed episode 5, which was the worst episode of the season, so it looks as if the bunch-of-nothing-happening episodes turned away viewers.

Except for maybe the final two episodes, Invincible Season 3 isn’t worth watching. They also gave us that cool epilogue scene involving Allen and Omni-Man in one of the episodes but didn’t even tease anything about it in the Season 3 finale. WTF?

As I previously said, Invincible is becoming more and more like The Walking Dead, which went stale as the only thing good about that series was watching the first and last episodes of the seasons. Now, no one watches, and it seems Invincible is following suit.

That said, it has been revealed that they are going with an original story for Season 4. However, it’s the storytelling that is to blame, as Season 3 has been nothing but disappointing filler sprinkled with woke concepts. No thanks! Guess I’m not alone.
