ALIENS MEAN BUSINESS IN PORT OF EARTH, VOL. 1

PORTLAND, OR, 02/01/2018 — ECLIPSE writer Zack Kaplan and all-star artist Andrea Mutti’s (Rebels, Star Wars, Batman Eternal, Prometheus) gritty sci-fi action thriller PORT OF EARTH, VOL. 1 will hit stores this March, collecting the first four issues of the ongoing series.

Aliens have come to Earth. Not in war, and not particularly in peace, but with a business deal: open up a spaceport here on Earth in exchange for advanced technology. But when our alien visitors break Port restrictions and wreak havoc in our cities, it falls to the newly formed Earth Security Agents to hunt down and safely deport the dangerous rogue aliens back to the Port of Earth.

PORT OF EARTH, VOL. 1 (ISBN: 978-1-5343-0646-2, Diamond code: JAN180689) hits comic book shops Wednesday, March 14th. The final order cutoff deadline for comics retailers is Monday, February 5th.

PORT OF EARTH, VOL. 1 arrives in bookstores Tuesday, March 20th, and is available for preorder via Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Indiebound, Indigo, and Books-A-Million.

Select praise for PORT OF EARTH:

“A tantalizingly complex book that’s still easily accessible—an actioneering footrace on one level with intergalactic sociopolitical strife on another.” —The Oregonian

“PORT OF EARTH is an easily digestible, high-concept sci-fi examination of human response. It’s a beautifully dark book that asks important questions and introduces readers to world we’ll certainly want to spend more time in.” —Monkeys Fighting Robots

“Engaging and gritty.” —Impulse Gamer
