‘House of the Dragon’ Episode 6 Preview Shows Time Jump

We’re halfway through the first season of House of the Dragon, with the episode 6 preview revealing the time jump.
Emma D’Arcy will now be playing the older version of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen as Milly Alcock departs.

Olivia Cooke is also playing the older Queen Alicent Hightower.

The preview below also shows the older Prince Aegon as well as it is learned Paddy Considine’s King Viserys Targaryen survived tonight’s episode but we see he isn’t in good shape at all.

The dragons also return.

Based on George R.R. Martin’s book Fire & Blood, the series House of the Dragon takes place 172 years before the events of Game of Thrones and tells the story of House Targaryen.

House of the Dragon airs weekly on Sundays at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on HBO and HBO Max leading up to the big finale on October 23.
