Zack Snyder has shared yet another DCEU-themed image on Instagram, this time posting a warm behind-the-scenes shot of Henry Cavill as Clark Kent and Amy Adams as Lois Lane. Snyder captioned the photo: “Photo by Clark Kent.”
It’s a lighter, more intimate image compared to the Knightmare-style teases he’s been dropping recently, but fans immediately recognized it as another reminder of Snyder’s core Justice League cast.
It also comes with Thanksgiving.

Snyder Continues His DC Posting Streak
The new Clark-and-Lois photo comes after months of Snyder posting DC characters one after the other: Ben Affleck’s Batman, Cavill’s Superman, Jason Momoa’s Aquaman, Amber Heard’s Mera, Joe Manganiello’s Deathstroke, and Jared Leto’s Joker.
Snyder hasn’t posted this many legacy DC images in years — and certainly not in such a concentrated burst. Fans see it as a coordinated pattern, especially as speculation grows that the SnyderVerse could be revived under new ownership once the WBD sale closes.
Fans Interpret the Post as Another Signal
The image itself — Clark and Lois smiling comfortably on a couch — highlights the emotional center of Snyder’s DC universe. And with Snyder choosing this moment to post it, fans are reading it as another signal that he hasn’t moved on from his version of Superman, or from Cavill and Adams as his leads.
With us told that the Saudis are backing the SnyderVerse revival, WBD is heading toward a sale, and Snyder is continuing to post photos of his Justice League cast, the timing of this Clark-and-Lois image feels anything but random.
