Han Solo Enfys Nest Villain Details

Han Solo Enfys Nest Villain Details

Following the leak revealing that the Han Solo villain is named Enfys Nest, now a big detail has made its way online about the character.

A description of Enfys Nest in French seems to indicate the character is female as it speaks of Enfys Nest in the feminine (translated):

Enfys Net, an extremely dangerous maraudeuse, quickly forges a reputation infamous, as well for her as for her gang of pirates, the Cloud-Riders

Artwork also features Enfys Nest, but this is the first time the character has been suggested to be female, which honestly isn’t that surprising coming from LucasFilm and Kathleen Kennedy as all their new Star Wars movies feature female characters at the center.

In addition when translated, “Enfys” means “rainbow” in Welsh, and nest obviously refers to some sort of mother (female) role, so we see the villain’s name is “Rainbow Nest.” I wonder if the character could actually be gay, which would make her the first Star Wars movie character to be so?
