THR reports Temuera Morrison, who also played Jango Fett in the Star Wars prequels and is known for Spartacus, is in talks to play Aquaman’s father.
It also recently became known that Nicole Kidman is in talks to play Aquaman’s mother, and also Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is in talks to play Black Manta.
Aquaman, directed by James Wan, starts filming in April for its October 5, 2018 release.
Jason Momoa stars as Aquaman, Amber Heard as Mera, with Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko and Patrick Wilson as Orm, the Ocean Master.
