ABC released the episode synopsis for the second episode for the upcoming season where Ghost Rider will be taking on Quake:

Daisy sets out to battle Ghost Rider, but at a terrible cost; the new director’s bold agenda shocks everyone.
The synopsis for the premiere episode also mentioned that Ghost Rider is coming and that Agents Of SHIELD will never be the same.
Gabriel Luna is playing Robbie Reyes, aka the Spirit of Vengeance, for Marvel TV.
“Agents of SHIELD” Season 4 premiers Tuesday, September 20th in its new timeslot of 10:00 PM ET.
