Gen V Season 2 Trailer Announces September 17 Premiere On Prime Video

Gen V returns to Prime Video on September 17 with its second season, kicking off with three episodes. The remaining episodes will drop weekly, wrapping with the finale on October 22.

Prime Video made the announcement during its CCXP México panel, where cast members Jaz Sinclair, Lizze Broadway, London Thor, and Derek Luh gave fans a preview of what’s ahead.

What’s Happening at Godolkin University

Set in the twisted universe of The Boys, Season 2 picks up as Godolkin University reopens under new leadership. A mysterious new dean is promising to push students to the next level. Cate and Sam are now seen as heroes, while Marie, Jordan, and Emma return haunted by everything that happened. With tensions rising between Supes and regular humans, the students learn about a secret tied to the founding of the school — and Marie seems to be connected to it.

Returning and New Cast Members

The main cast includes Jaz Sinclair as Marie Moreau, Lizze Broadway as Emma Meyer, Maddie Phillips as Cate Dunlap, London Thor and Derek Luh as Jordan Li, Asa Germann as Sam Riordan, and Sean Patrick Thomas as Polarity.

Hamish Linklater joins the show as the new Dean Cipher.

Who’s Behind the Series

Michele Fazekas returns as showrunner and executive producer. Other executive producers include Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and Neal H. Moritz, among others. Gen V is produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios for Prime Video.
