The Flash’s Danielle Panabaker Talks Fighting The Dominators in Invasion Crossover

The Dominators are coming to Earth to battle Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow. For those unfamilair with the DC Comics Invasion! mini-series, the Dominators come to Earth in search of metahumans.

EW.com caught up with The Flash‘s Danielle Panabaker, whose own character has recently shown off metahuman abilities (Killer Frost).

“The biggest fear for Caitlin and for Team Flash is how powerful they are and how much of an unknown they are,” Danielle Panabaker said of the Dominators. “We’re only getting used to dealing with metahumans with these powers that have generally come from the particle accelerator explosion, or Doctor Alchemy, and those are formulas we’re a little more used to. Having these guys come in from who knows where, the biggest question mark for all of them is starting to figure out how they’re going to battle them.”

It’s unknown how close the Arrow-verse crossover will mirror the Invasion! comic book storyline, but executive Marc Guggenheim has said it will be faithful to the comics.  In addition, a DC employee mentioned the Invasion! crossover will make comic book fans lose their minds. Stephen Amell also offered the Invasion! crossoover will be at least five episodes long, and it’s been said to begin this month.

Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow air on The CW.
