David Ayer Tweets Out Suicide Squad Cast Image

Director David Ayer has taken to Twitter to reveal a look at the cast of the Suicide Squad movie.

Noticeably absent is Jared Leto who will play the Joker.

It’s also now being rumored that Joe Manganiello is not playing Deathstroke and has been replaced, which has yet to be confirmed (update: Joe Manganiello has denied the rumors).

From left to right starting at the bottom:

Will Smith (Deadshot), Karen Fukuhara (Plastique), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress)

David Ayer (director), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), Jay Hernandez (role unknown), Jai Courtney (Boomerang), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Adam Beach (role unknown), Jim Parrack (rumored for new Deathstroke) and Ike Barinholtz (role unknown).

“Cast read through today!” Ayer included with the pic on Twitter.

“Suicide Squad” has an August 5, 2016 release.
