Disney and Marvel have announced new release dates for a slew of films including Blade, Fantastic Four, Avengers: Secret Wars, Deadpool 3, and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
Recently saw it was reported that Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige have shut down production on Blade until they can get a new director and fix the script.
Per Deadline, Blade will now be released on September 6, 2024 from its previous release date of November 3, 2023.
Deadpool 3 moves from that September 6, 2024 date to November 8, 2024.
Fantastic Four moves from November 8, 2024 to February 14, 2025.
Avengers: Secret Wars now gets released on May 5, 2026 instead of November 7, 2025.
An untitled Marvel movie set for February 14, 2025 also has been pushed to November 7, 2025,
A second untitled Marvel movie has also been removed from the schedule after being set for May 1, 2026.
With all the Blade problems as of late, rumors have offered Kevin Feige is spread too thin, so maybe Feige and Marvel are pushing things back a bit as a result.
