Black Panther is nominated for the Oscars in multiple categories as the Academy has announced its 2019 nominations.
Black Panther is nominated in seven categories for Best Costume Design, Best Sound Mixing, Best Sound Editing, Best Original Score, Best Production Design, Best Original Song and Best Picture.
The Avengers: Infinity War also received an Oscar nomination for Best VFX.
