Danny DeVito played the villain of Burton’s Batman Returns as Penguin, and Arnold Schwarzenegger played Mr. Freeze in Joel Schumacher’s Batman & Robin opposite George Clooney as the Caped Crusader.

“You SOB”

“Well, Arnold and I are presenting together for various obvious reasons,” said DeVito.

Arnold interjected, “We both tried to kill Batman.”

DeVito responded, “Yeah… I was the Penguin in Batman Returns.”

Arnold said, “I was Mr. Freeze in Batman & Robin.”

DeVito questioned Arnold,” How did Batman beat you?”

Arnold replied, “Oh, he used my one weakness against me.”

DeVito remarked, “Heat?”

Arnold responded, “Love.”

“Oh. He threw me out a window,” said DeVito.

Arnold replied,” That son of a bitch… I hate him.”

“There he is!” pointed DeVito, with the camera panning toward Michael Keaton. “He’s right here!”

Arnold told Keaton, “You have a lot of nerve to show your face around here. Son of a b-tch.”

Keaton held his gaze just like Batman would and motioned for them to bring it on. Watch below.

Regarding what happened with Michael Keaton as Batman in The Flash, the original plan was to continue with Keaton’s Batman but things changed.
