Following the rumored leaked details, now a potential HUGE spoiler set pic for The Avengers 4 lands online.
The end of The Avengers: Infinity War saw Thanos snap his fingers and lay waste to half the universe as Marvel’s heroes disappeared into thin air. All that remained left to save the day was the original Avengers and Rocket Raccoon, but what can they do against the Great Titan, Thanos?
One possibly theory is that the Avengers go back in time to make right what went wrong, but it remains to be seen if that is the case and how they can even go about time traveling as they no longer have the Time Stone. We also know Thanos wasn’t given a fake Time Stone as he used it to go back in time and get the Infinity Stone from Vision. Another theory floating online is that the Avengers travel through the multiverse, maybe with the help of Ant-Man and the Wasp who are thought to delve into the Quantum Realm in their upcoming movie, which precedes The Avengers 4.
Regardless of all the fan speculation and theories, the following set image does apparently show the present day Tony Stark going back in time as it shows two Tony Starks with Loki, where apparently Robert Downey Jr. disguises himself as a SHIELD agent.

The leaked details have it rumored that the Avengers go back in time to retrieve the Infinity Stones and form their own Infinity Gauntlet. As some readers have questioned, if the Avengers go back in time and get the Infinity Stones, wouldn’t that impact Thanos retrieving the Infinity Stones in Infinity War? If the leak is legit, this kind of does seem to be a bit complicated, but to quote Doctor Who: “People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint – it’s more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly… time-y wimey… stuff.” We can also add that since Thanos is already in control of time, space and everything else, that changing the timeline wouldn’t have an impact on him.
