Avatar Sequels Said To Be “Unbelievable”

Positive things are being said about James Cameron’s next two movies, Alita: Battle Angel and the Avatar sequels.

With Disney set to purchase Fox Studios – you can bet James Cameron signed off on the deal – the Avatar franchise will now be at the House of the Mouse.

A new claim has hit the het offering up that the Fox Studios crew (via comicgenre) have said the next Avatar movies are “unbelievable.”

According to someone claiming to have spoken with high-level Fox production crew members, the crew members have said a lot of things are being put on hold until after the merger goes through. It’s said the crew has stated they read the next two Avatar scripts, but James Cameron wouldn’t give them anything further regarding the fourth and fifth movies, in case they are replaced at Disney.

The crew members did offer that James Cameron is actually using up to 16 motion-capture cameras for the Avatar sequels in any given scene, which is huge compared to the normal one.

Alita: Battle Angel

Regarding Alita: Battle Angel, test footage was said to be shown off that “looked very stunningly photo-realistic and included the big anime eyes.” The person says while they are “iffy” about the flick, they have faith James Cameron can come through.

The Fox production crew members also revealed details about the X-Men at Marvel.

Alita: Battle Angel gets released December 21, 2018.

The Avatar sequels have current release dates of December 18, 2020, December 17, 2021, December 20 2024, and December 19, 2025.
