Arrow & Legends Concept Art For Vigilante and Citizen Steel

Check out two pieces of concept art from artist Andy Poon who posted Arrow‘s Vigilante and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow‘s Citizen Steel on Instagram. 

Regarding Citizen Steel, Poon offered:

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8pm ET; Legends airs this week on Thursday, and when it returns from its mid-season break it airs Tuesdays at 9pm ET following The Flash.
