In what appears to be a big surprise and spoiler, it is being claimed that Michael B. Jordan will return for Black Panther 2.
While attending the SAG Awards, Angela Bassett, who played the mother to T’Challa with Ramonda, and her husband, actor Courtney B. Vance, offer everyone will return for the sequel.
“I would assume so,” Angela Bassett replies to questioning if everybody will be back.
“Yes. Just go ahead and say it. Yes. Everyone will be there,” Courtney B. Vance interjected.
“Everyone will be back, I mean… and maybe they can bring Michel back,” Bassett said.
Vance added, “Just yes. Yes. Including Michael B. Yes.”
The news of Michael B. Jordan returning as Killmonger is rather surprising as his character was killed at the end of the first movie. Maybe Killmonger somehow gets revived or possibly returns in some other form for Black Panther 2.
It has also recently been announced that Michael B. Jordan signed a huge deal with Warner Bros. leading to speculation Jordan might be joining the DC universe, so again, Michel B. Jordan returning for Black Panther 2 would be a big surprise.
