Following our post about it claimed a big director was rumored for the DC movie universe, Steven Spielberg was named on Blackhawk.
Now the source of the original rumor is actually stating another big director is coming on board DC.

It’s presently unknown who the director is, but that hasn’t stopped fans offering their two cents.
Similar to our previous article, some fans want Peter Jackson for a Superman Man of Steel 2 or Justice League Dark.
Other fans are recommending Sicario, Arrival, Blade Runner 2049 director Denis Villeneuve for Green Lantern Corps (yes, please!).
Some others mentioned include Back to the Future‘s Robert Zemeckis on a Superman movie, Brad Bird, Adam McKay, Neill Blomkamp and even James Cameron.
It will be interesting to see if this director tackles something new and basically uknown, similar to Spielberg’s Blackhawk, or a recognizable DC super hero.
