Josh Brolin was recently announced as the time travelling mutant Cable for Deadpool 2 to everyone’s surprise. Since Josh Brolin is already playing another Marvel character with Thanos in The Avengers: Infinity War, more than likely he was ruled out of people’s potential list of characters to play Cable because of that, but obviously we see that turned out not to matter. Who knows? Maybe more will come from Marvel Studios and Fox Studios!
Josh Brolin is also expected to play Cable in X-Force and Deadpool 3.
Deadpool 2 starts filming this June in Vancouver directed by John Wick co-director David Leitch starring Ryan Reynolds and Zazie Beetz as Domino.
