Christian Bale Being Eyed For Ridley Scott’s Moses Movie “Exodus”

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:6151:]]Christian Bale is being sought for the Ridley Scott‘s big budget Moses movie, Exodus.

It’s reported by Deadline.com that the Batman actor is in early talks with Fox Studios to star, with a script written by Steve Zaillian doing rewrites on Bill Collage and Adam Cooper’s original.

Ridley Scott, who just announced a series of science-fiction shorts to be adapted for online distribution, is said to be on as producer.

Warner Bros. also has their own Moses film in develoment of which Steven Spielberg recently bailed on, but they were quick to pick up another Oscar-award-winning director with Ang Lee.

For fans of The Dark Knight Trilogy actor, following The Dark Knight Rises Christian Bale can be seen in a new David O’ Russell as-of-yet untitled movie later this year which stars Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Amy Adams (Man of Steel), and Jeremy Renner, and he recently completed Out Of The Furnace with Zoe Saldana and Woody Harrelson.

Bale also has a pair of Terrence Malick movies in development with Knight of Cups and another untitled film.

Recent comic book movie news and rumors surrounding Christian Bale suggests he will be reteaming with Christopher Nolan to reprise Batman for the Justice League 2015 movie; however, further rumors have since come out stating that not to be the case.
