Superman: Man Of Steel (2013): Russell Crowe Participates In Photo Shoot; Fire Alarm Set Off

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:1129:]]While fans are anxiously waiting for first trailer for the new superman movie, the Man of Steel, we do learn that Russell Crowe has participated in a photo shoot.

It’s been rumored that the marketing for Zack Snyder’s film will begin some time in June, with the first trailer to be attached to The Dark Knight Rises.

Crowe, who plays Jor-El, tweeted that he was at a photo shoot for the Man of Steel, which apparently set off a fire alarm.

While we wait on the trailer, it looks as if we could be getting some official images sooner, hopefully rather than later.

Update: It is sooner as an official movie banner was released featuring the new logo.

So far Warner Bros. has only released the one image of Henry Cavill as Superman.

Fans have also been wondering if director Zack Snyder will bring the Man of Steel to this year’s San Diego Comic Con — which may actually debut the first footage. While the producer on the MoS seems to shy away from the big event, Christopher Nolan with his Batman franchise, Snyder has previously attended with 300, Watchmen and Sucker Punch. In addition, Cavill is no stranger to the Con as he attended last year for an Immortals panel.

Sounds like the odds are in our favor.
